Please see below for a narrative <br />satisfying that requirement. <br />90.37(C)(1) Solar gardens are permissible within this zoning district as an Interim Use. <br />90.37(C)(2) The solar garden is keeping with the spirit and intent of the chapter. <br />90.37(c)(3) The proposed use (solar energy) will keep the farmland in the hands of the Lutz <br />family, and after cessation of operations, the soil with have been pesticide, herbicide, and <br />fertilizer-free for decades. This, along with the planting of native grasses and pollinators, <br />with help with pollination at neighboring farms, soil health, storm water runoff, and diverse <br />ecosystems. <br />90.37(c)(4) The purposed use will be interconnected to the Xcel Energy grid. There is no <br />water supply, gas, or sewage treatment on site. <br />90.37(c)(5) The solar garden has an adequate access and will not effect traffic on public <br />roads <br />90.37(c)(6) N/A.
