RESOLUTION 2025-XX <br /> APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR KAREN S. KISSNER <br />AND SEE XIONG, FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 5696 170TH STREET <br />NORTH AND 5606 180TH STREET NORTH <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Karen S. Kissner and See Xiong that requests <br />approval of a property line adjustment for properties located at 5696 170th Street North and <br />5606 180th Street North <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />(See Attached) <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line <br />adjustment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the property line <br />adjustment for Karen S.
