RESOLUTION 2025-39 <br /> APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR KAREN S. KISSNER <br /> AND SEE XIONG, FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 5696 170TH STREET <br /> NORTH AND 5606 180TH STREET NORTH <br /> WHEREAS,an application has been filed by Karen S.Kissner and See Xiong that requests <br /> approval of a property line adjustment for properties located at 5696 170d'Street North and <br /> 5606 180t''Street North <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as <br /> follows: <br /> (See Attached) <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line <br /> adjustment. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the property line <br /> adjustment for Karen S.
