Motion carried. <br /> <br />Schedule Santa Party and Tree Lighting on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 <br /> <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council the fourth annual Santa Party was scheduled <br />for Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at the Peder Pedersen Pavilion from 5-7 p.m. with the <br />lighting ceremony at 6:30 pm. <br /> <br />Krull made motion, Strub seconded, to schedule a meeting to attend the Santa Party on <br />Wednesday, December 3, 2025. <br /> <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Schedule Holiday Party – Thursday, December 4, 2025 <br /> <br />City Administrator Bryan recommended that the Council schedule the annual Holiday Party for <br />Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at the Peder Pedersen Pavilion. The event is held each <br />year to recognize commissions and volunteers. <br /> <br />Strub made motion, Miron seconded, to schedule the Holiday Party for December 4, 2025. <br /> <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Toy and Food Drive – Saturday, December 6, 2025 <br /> <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear informed the Council that the Hugo Fire Department will hold a <br />Toy and Food Drive on Saturday, December 6, 2025. Additional details will be provided at a <br />later date. <br /> <br />Schedule Fire Department Annual Banquet – Saturday, January 17, 2026 <br /> <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear informed the Council they are invited to attend the Hugo Fire <br />Department Annual Banquet on Saturday, January 17, 2026, beginning at 5 p.m. at the Hugo <br />American Legion. <br /> <br />Miron made motion, Krull seconded, to schedule a meeting to attend the Fire Department Annual <br />Banquet on January 17, 2026. <br /> <br />All Ayes.
