The applicant must provide an updated landscape plan that meets ordinance <br /> requirements, and describes how vegetation on site will be managed and maintained. <br /> 10. Cross access agreements shall be reviewed and approved by staff for all common <br /> elements. <br /> Prior to issuance of a Final Certificate of Occupancy: <br /> 11. All improvements for the plan shall be installed and constructed. <br /> 12. All required landscaping shall be fully installed. <br /> 13. Drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated to the City over the stormwater <br /> management facilities. <br /> 14. All roof top and ground mechanical equipment must be screened from view of <br /> adjacent properties. Staff shall review and approve the locations. The parapet of the <br /> building shall be such that the view of roof-top mechanical equipment is adequately <br /> screened.
