RESOLUTION 2025-51 <br /> APPROVING A COMPRHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT CHANGING <br /> MAP 3-1,2040 LAND USE PLAN <br /> WHEREAS, Kwik Trip, Inc. has proposed a comprehensive plan amendment to change <br /> the land use from Low Density Residential (LD) to Commercial (COM) on property <br /> legally described as; <br /> OUTLOT B, The Shores of Oneka Lake, Washington County, Minnesota. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Hugo Planning Commission, at a public hearing on December <br /> 11, 2025, reviewed the proposed map amendment and recommended approval of the <br /> application to the Metropolitan Council for the Comprehensive Plan Amendment. <br /> WHEREAS, on December 15, 2025, the City Council reviewed the Planning <br /> Commission's recommendations, and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a <br /> Comprehensive Plan Amendment changing the land use on Map 3.1, 2040 Land Use <br /> Map. <br /> ADOPTED by the City Council this 15t'day of Decembe�4 <br /> Tom Weidt, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
