Resolution 2025-53 <br /> Page 2 <br /> 9. The applicant shall provide cut-sheets for the pole and wall mounted light fixtures <br /> and they will need to be reviewed and approved by staff. Shields shall be added to <br /> the lights to reduce glare. <br /> 10. Cross access agreements shall be reviewed and approved by staff for all common <br /> elements. <br /> Prior to issuance of a Final Certificate of Occupancy: <br /> 11. All improvements for the plan shall be installed and constructed. <br /> 12. All required landscaping shall be fully installed. <br /> 13. Drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated to the City over the stormwater <br /> management facilities and wetlands <br /> 14. All roof top and ground mechanical equipment must be screened from view of <br /> adjacent properties. Staff shall review and approve the locations. All ground-level <br /> mechanical units shall be low profile and located to the side or rear of the building <br /> and shall be screened from view of adjacent properties.
