14669 Fitzgerald Avenue North, Hugo, MN 55038 • (651)762-6300 • www.ci.hugo.mn.us <br />CITY OF <br />EST. 1H06 <br />Snowmobile Trail Application <br />Applicant/Organization: Q l <br />Contact Person: _ <br />Address <br />V/nfg, <br />>: P. 0, f e y 2£Qj£c_U 5 5 O/Y <br />Phone - Home Q/l_77/ Z.VfJ?_Cell 2 - 7 / ~ <br />iMs/ Q hi* * tEmail <br />List City streets on which snowmobiles are, being requested to operate or provide map: <br />___S _____________________j t C ffc f r d 7 } T - fif c r J Q rJt _____ <br />The following information must be attached to the application: <br />• Clearly identify the person or group applying for the trail permit and include the address <br />and daytime phone number of a contact person. <br />• The street addresses of all property owners that abut the proposed route and written <br />consent from property owners upon whose land the trial crosses for the construction, <br />maintenance, and operation of the trail. <br />• A development and operations plan for the proposed trail. <br />• A map clearly identifying the proposed route of the trail, indicating its alignment, width, <br />relationship to public road right-of-ways, and connections to other rails and destination <br />points. <br />• A map delineating any obstacles on or adjacent to the proposed route that may become a <br />hazard to snowmobiles or others including, but not limited to: fire hydrants, fences, <br />driveways, mailboxes, signs, structures, utility poles, transformers, sidewalks, or trails. <br />• A statement as to who shall be liable for injury or property damage resulting from the <br />construction, maintenance and use of the trail, together with evidence of the responsible <br />parties financial ability to provide such insurance or other security necessary to protect the <br />City from financial loss.
