The proposed improvements include the following: • Full-depth pavement removal and spot curb and gutter replacement on: o 140th Street N (From TH 61 to Fenway Blvd N) o Fenway Blvd N (From 130th Street N to 140th Street N) o 130th Street N (Europa Trail N to the start of the eastbound turn lanes) o Farnham Avenue N (from 130th Street N to its southern terminus) • Two-inch mill and overlay, and spot curb and gutter replacement on: o 130th Street N (from the start of the eastbound turn lanes to TH 61) o Fenway Blvd Ct N (From Fenway Blvd N to its eastern terminus) • Conversion of sidewalk to trail on 140th Street N (From TH 61 to Fenway Blvd N) and trail reconstruction on Fenway Blvd N (From 130th Street N to 140th Street N) as part of the Hardwood Creek Regional Trail • Construction of a new trail along 130th Street N (from TH 61 to Fenway Blvd N) • Select storm sewer work throughout the project, primarily on 130th Street N • Select hydrant maintenance work • Small section of watermain removal at Watertower Park • Building demolition at Watertower Park • Removal and replacement of street lighting The report presents the costs for the project, as well as proposed funding, including assessments, based on the City's assessment policy and past practices .
