<br /> <br />Feasibility Report <br />2026 Bald Eagle Industrial Park Area Street Improvement Project <br />S.A.P. 224-101-003, 224-108-003, 224-110-003 <br />City of Hugo <br />WSB Project No. 028436-000 Page 17 <br />9 Feasibility and Recommendation <br />The 2026 Bald Eagle Industrial Park Area Street Improvement Project includes full - <br />depth pavement removal and new paving, spot curb and gutter replacement, <br />rehabilitation of existing trails, construction of new trails, removal and replacement <br />of street lighting, and minor storm sewer, sanitary, and watermain improvements. <br />The total estimated cost for the project , including roadway, watermain, sanitary <br />sewer, drainage, and trail improvements, is $4,690,400 . The project is proposed to <br />be funded through a combination of municipal , county, state aid funds, and special <br />assessments. Construction costs are based on anticipated 2026 construction costs . <br />This project is feasible, necessary, and cost -effective from an engineering <br />standpoint. The project's feasibility is subject to financial review by the City. Based <br />on the information contained in this report, it is recommended that the improvements <br />outlined herein be implemented . <br />
