CONCLUSION / STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />It is in staff’s opinion that the application meets the criteria to approve a site plan, provided that <br />the applicant continue to work with staff on revisions that will bring the project into compliance <br />with ordinance requirements and design guidelines. <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of the site plan subject to conditions in the resolution. <br /> <br />8. PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will review the request at their December 11, 2025 meeting.
