Reimbursement for meals will be made when an employee's duties keep them away from <br />their home and the corporate limits of the City during normal meal hours (0600-1000 for <br />Breakfast, 1100-1600 for lunch, and 1700-2100 for dinner.) Employees shall be <br />reimbursed for the actual cost of meals, excluding alcoholic beverages, up to the amount <br />established in the Salary Resolution approved by Council. <br />f. The City will not reimburse employees for any costs related to family members. <br />g. In no case will City funds be used to pay for, or reimburse, for events sponsored by or <br />affiliated with political parties. <br />h. Clothing styles, colors, materials, and vendors shall be selected by the City. Shirts <br />and jackets shall be monogrammed with the City’s name and/or logo over left <br />pocket. The employee’s first name shall be embroidered over the right pocket on <br />clothing issued to regular, full-time employees. <br />b. All clothing issued by the City shall remain property of the City and be returned to the <br />City upon termination of employment.
