8 <br />Project Scope: <br />The 2025 Street Improvement Project consists of a <br />roadway reclamation/overlay project within the <br />Duck Pass Neighborhood, Palmes Long Lake Estates <br />Neighborhood and Ingersoll Avenue north of County Rd 7. <br />Project Scope: <br />• Recycling the Existing Pavement as a Roadway Base <br />• Minor Subgrade Corrections as Needed <br />• Minor Grading <br />• Minor Storm Sewer and Drainage Improvements <br />• Storm Water Management Improvements <br />• New Asphalt Pavement Surface <br />Project Scope: <br />The Beaver Ponds Street Improvement <br />Project consists of partial reconstruction of <br />129th Street, 128th Street, 128th Street Court, <br />128th Alcove, 127th Street, 126th Street, <br />Flay Road, Fiona Road, Ferrara Avenue, <br />Ferrara Drive, Fondant Trail, Foxhill <br />Avenue and Foxhill Circle all within the <br />Beaver Ponds Neighborhood. <br />Project Scope: <br />• Mill and Overlay the Top 2” of Pavement <br />• Subgrade Correction as Needed <br />• Partial Repair/Replacement of <br /> Concrete Curb and Gutter <br />• Minor Storm Sewer Improvements <br />• Trail Reconstruction <br />• Paving of New Roadway Section <br />• Remove and Replace Deficient Sanitary <br /> Sewer Casting and Manhole Lids <br />The construction is anticipated to start in June. <br />Please check the City of Hugo’s website for project updates. <br />2025 <br />BEAVER PONDSSTREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />STREET IMPROVEMENTPROJECT
