MINUTES OF PROCEEDINGS OF HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> February 12, 1974 <br /> The meeting was called to order at 8:07 P.M. by Chairman <br /> Larry Ehret. Members present were: Spitzer, Norden, Ehret, <br /> Leroux and Peloquin. Also present were Irene Leroux, City <br /> Council Member, and Bill Schwab, City Planning Consultant. <br /> Motion made by Spitzer, seconded by Paulson, to approve <br /> minutes of January 23, 1974 meeting. Motion carried. <br /> Motion made by Spitzer, seconded by Norden, that the <br /> secretary post a copy of the minutes on the bulletin board <br /> for the public. Motion carried. <br /> Larry Ehret read a letter received from the Attorney General's <br /> office to the City Attorney regarding their view on 20 acre <br /> zoning. <br /> LITTI & SONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY <br /> Jerry LaMetti represented the LaMetti & Sons Construction <br /> Company for an informal hearing with the adjoining property <br /> owners. Neighbors present were Messrs. Oaruth, Indykiewicz <br /> and Ducharme. <br /> The neighbors were asked if they were in agreement with <br /> changing their property to industrial. Mr. Indykiewicz <br /> objected to having just a portion of his property zoned <br /> Industrial. He would prefer to leave his property zoned <br /> residential so he could some day put in a trailer court or <br /> develop it in some other way. <br /> Motion made by Spitzer, seconded by Peloquin, recommending <br /> we submit one copy of this proposed zone to the City Engineer <br /> for purposed of approving the legal description of a roadway <br /> which will be 40 feet off of the East side of Mr. Caruth <br /> property, 40 feet off of the west side of Mr. Ducharme property <br /> and 40 feet off of the west side of Mr. La..Met.ti property; <br /> and further to submit the map to Carl Dale for inclusion of <br /> that area enclosed by the dotted line but truncated on the <br /> south side by the LaMetti property in an industrial zone. <br /> Members for: Leroux, Norden, Ehret, Peloquin and Spitzer. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br />
