MINUTES OP PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> MARCH 12, 1974 <br /> The meeting was called to order at 8:07 P.M. by Chairman Larry <br /> Ehret. Members present were: Johnson, Norden, Ehret, Peloquin <br /> and Rosenquist. Leroux arrived after meeting was adjourned. <br /> Also present was Bill Schwab, City Planning Consultant. <br /> Motion made by Rosenquist, seconded by Peloquin,to approve <br /> minutes of February 27 meeting with the correction on Page 2, <br /> paragraph 2, changing the word ba to to. Motion carried. <br /> EVERGREEN HILLS 4TH - RICHARD VA I L <br /> Request for Subdivision of 4.2 acres into 4 lots. <br /> Mr. Schwab expressed his concern over soil boring tests and <br /> he asked Mr. Vail how he planned to compensate. Mr. Vail <br /> stated he planned on filling with rock and using seepage pits. <br /> Mr. Schwab felt seepage pits were not desirable. <br /> Motion made by Johnson, seconded by Peloquin, to table the <br /> matter of the Evergreen Hills 4th addition until the 27th of <br /> March until the Planner has a chance to review the matter for <br /> a recommendation. <br /> Members fors Peloquin, Rosenquist, Ehret, Johnson and Norden, <br /> Motion Carried unanimously. <br /> Motion made by Johnson, seconded by Norden, to schedule a Public <br /> Hearing for Richard Vail's Evergreen Hills Addition #4 for the <br /> 9th of April at 7:30 P.M. <br /> Members fors Peloquin, Rosenquist, Ehret, Johnson and Norden. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> RI CHARD VAIL'S SUBDIVISION-MINOR <br /> Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Norden, that the matter of <br /> a minor subdivision be taken up by the Planning Commission. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Vail submitted an application to subdivide 100' off of Lot 7 <br /> Block 2, Evergreen Hills 2nd Addition. <br /> Motion made by Johnson, seconded by Rosenquist, to approve to <br /> Richard Vail ' s minor subdivision contingent on minor subdivision <br /> fee for such. <br /> Members for: Rosenquist, Peloquin, Ehret, Johnson and Norden. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
