Mr. Gruber stated that he already had a com- <br /> plaint against the A&W because he had to pick-up their papers on <br /> a windy day. <br /> The Planning Commission requested they provide information on <br /> maximum parking capacity, sanitary requirements and lighting <br /> requirements. <br /> Mrs. Anderson stated that they had discussed purchasing a lot in <br /> the back from Mrs. Coil. <br /> The closest a person would be wondering near the property lines <br /> would be approximately 8 feet. <br /> Motion made by Spitzer, seconded by Rosenquist, that a public <br /> hearing be set on this Special Use Permit for June 11, 1974 at <br /> 7:30 P.M. ; that the property owners be notified and the applicants <br /> be instructed to make their presentation and resolve the questions <br /> of lighting, sanitary services, parking and fencing be answered at <br /> that time. <br /> Members for: Leroux, Peloquin, Ehret, Spitzer, Rosenquist and <br /> Johnson. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Johnson suggested that they consider taller trees on the back side. <br /> CHURCH OF ST. JOHNS <br /> Father Fortin represented the Church of St. John. Ehret read the <br /> application for a Special Use Permit to build a pole type shed to <br /> be used only during the horse show. Father Fortin described on the <br /> City map the location of the proposed site for the building. It <br /> would be located approximately 30-35 feet from Egg Lake. It will be <br /> a flat top building and will only be used during the 4 days of the <br /> horse show. <br /> Father Fortin was told that every Special Use Permit request re- <br /> quires a site plan defining property lines and location of other <br /> buildings. <br /> Mr. Schwab said that they would be required to get a permit from <br /> the PCA and prove to them that manure will be disposed of at <br /> least 100' away from the lake, and that adequate control of <br /> runoff will be taken care of. <br /> Motion made by Spitzer, seconded by Leroux, that this Special Use <br /> Permit as requested, be approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. PCA approval shall be obtained. <br /> 2. Site Plan be submitted to the Planning Commission and City <br /> Council. <br /> 3. Special Use Permit indicate that the use of this building <br /> for stabling of livestock be restricted to not more than <br /> 7 days consequatively a year. <br />
