4 <br /> Mr. Schwab said that perk tests should be made and submitted to <br /> his office and that someone from his office would go out and <br /> check it. He also felt that we should hold a public:=hearing. <br /> Mr. Burkard stated that the Fire Chief had inspected the house. <br /> Motion made by Spitzer, seconded by Johnson, that the Tauer Special <br /> Use Permit application be tabled and that the following action be <br /> taken: <br /> 1. Percolation tests be made on the site of sewer system <br /> under the direction of the Planning Coordinator' s <br /> Office aid the results be submitted to the Planning <br /> Commission no later than June 4th. <br /> 2. That the Fire Chief be requested by the Planning <br /> Commission secretary to provide a report on a fire <br /> safety inspection of the subject building. <br /> 3. A public hearing be scheduled for 8:00 P.M. on June <br /> 11th. That a notice be published ix the official news <br /> paper and adjacent property owners be notified. <br /> Members for: Leroux, Peloquin, Ehret, Spitzer, Rosenquist and <br /> Johnson. Motion carried unanimously. . <br /> JUNE SMITH - DAY CARE CENTER <br /> Ix the original Special Use Permit request it was found that the <br /> present sewer system was 'inadequate and the Smith' s were required <br /> to add additional septic task and drain field. Mrs. Smith said <br /> this was a hardship at this time but planned to put ix additional <br /> sewer system within nine months and would like to limit the number <br /> of children to ten until the additional sewer system is installed. <br /> Motion made by Spitzer, seconded by Peloquin, recommending approval <br /> of this Special Use Permit with the following conditions. <br /> 1. A current copy of the license for a child care center be on <br /> file with the City Clerk. <br /> 2. The present sewer disposal drainfield system be expanded by <br /> September 1, 1975 by adding an additional 1000 gallon septic <br /> task ix series with the existing tank and two additional drain- <br /> field lines be added, each one being ?5 feet ill length placed <br /> in trenches 24 inches wide. <br /> 3. This special use permit shall be null and void if at any time <br /> these facilities do not have a current license from the State <br /> Public Welfare Office for the operation of a child or day care <br /> center. <br />
