-- -6- <br /> A <br /> BIESANG - MINOR SUBDIVISION <br /> A Variance was recommended for approval by the Planning Commission <br /> on April 9, 1974, subject to submission of proof of ownership of <br /> property and the proper recording of the necessary easement of the <br /> private road. The Village Council directed Mr. Biesang to go through <br /> a minor subdivision. <br /> Mr. Biesang was told to talk to the City Engineer and Planning <br /> Coordinator and fill out an application for what they really need. <br /> Spitzer - let the records show that the request was inappropriate. <br /> GRUNDROFFER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY <br /> Mr. Ehret read the application for a Special Use Permit to construct <br /> two 40'X100' buildings for rental purposes. The buildings will be <br /> concrete block with two units per building. <br /> The Planning Commission requested a proposed layout of the whole <br /> area. They will also need the following: Percolation tests and <br /> soil borings for all five lots, proof of ownership, what t tey'll <br /> rent the buildings for, site plan which includes adjacent laid owners, <br /> and furnish names of property owners for a public hearing. <br /> Motion made by Spitzer, to table the Special Use Permit and a public <br /> hearing be scheduled for 7:30 P.M. June 26th and that it be published <br /> in the official news paper and the applicants furnish names of all <br /> adjacent property owners and they be notified; that a site plan for <br /> adjacent property owners be furnished and percolation tests and soil <br /> borings be furnished. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion made by Spitzer, seconded by Leroux, that we omit the second <br /> meeting in May.
