-3_ <br /> 4. Adequate sanitary facilities providing for two separate <br /> toilet facilities shall be installed. <br /> 5. The six foot high redwood fence proposed on the east end of <br /> the property shall be set back from the property line not less <br /> than three feet. <br /> 6. All tke exterior screening ands , site preparations required <br /> for surface drainage shall be completed within one year <br /> following issuance of the Special Use Permit. <br /> 7. In addition to the screenking shown on the plan, additional <br /> screening shall be provided on the north property lime east <br /> of the existing garage on the adjacent property. <br /> 8. All driveway aid parking surface areas shall be blacktopped. <br /> All walkways within the miniature golf course shall be delineated <br /> turf or gravel and shall not be blacktopped or concrete. <br /> 9. The applicant shall be required to post a bond in the amount <br /> of $5,000 to insure compliance with the exterior screening, <br /> surface water drainage site preparation, and parking area <br /> surface requirements. <br /> 10. This permit shall be reviewed,in a period not more than 18 <br /> months after its issuance,by the Planning Commission to assess <br /> the degree of compliance with the plan as submitted. Permission <br /> for all improvement not installed as of that date shall be revoked. <br /> Members for: Peloquim, Johnson, Ehret, Rosenquist, Spitzer and <br /> Leroux. Schletty voted no. Motion carried. <br /> EDWARD WAUGH - TRAEGER'S SUBDIVISION <br /> Mr. Ehret read letter from Kuusisto and Schwab. Mr. Waugh submitted <br /> a new proposed plat and a letter from the Rice Creek Watershed. <br /> A representative for Mr. Waugh made the following statements: <br /> - Lot one is an out lot. <br /> - Lot 8 (7 on the new plat) increased in size. <br /> - Grading plan on their plat. <br /> - Discussed 17' easement along the south for a roadway. <br /> y <br /> A discussion was held on the term flood proofing mentioned in the <br /> letter from the Rice Creek Watershed. Ehret felt they meant the <br /> main floor of the building would have to be above 930. <br /> Mr. Welch was directed to contact the Washington County Engineer <br /> to get a written report on right,-of-way for County Road 8A and <br /> submit a copy to Mr. Waugh. <br />
