This permit shall be reviewed,in a period not more than 18 <br /> months after its issuance,by the Planning Commission to assess <br /> the degree of compliance with the plan as submitted. Mr. Waugh submitted <br /> a new proposed plat and a letter from the Rice Creek Watershed. <br /> A representative for Mr. Waugh made the following statements: <br /> - Lot one is an out lot. <br /> - Lot 8 (7 on the new plat) increased in size. <br /> - Grading plan on their plat. <br /> - Discussed 17' easement along the south for a roadway. <br /> y <br /> A discussion was held on the term flood proofing mentioned in the <br /> letter from the Rice Creek Watershed. Ehret felt they meant the <br /> main floor of the building would have to be above 930. <br /> Mr. Welch was directed to contact the Washington County Engineer <br /> to get a written report on right,-of-way for County Road 8A and <br /> submit a copy to Mr. Waugh. <br />
