Minutes of Proceedings of the <br /> Hugo Planning Commission • <br /> • <br /> December 17, 1974 <br /> The special meeting was called to order at 10:20 p.m. by acting Chairman Vern <br /> Peloquin. Members present were: Peloquin, Schletty, Johnson and Leroux. Also <br /> present was Bill Schwab, Washington County Planner. <br /> Acting Chairman Peloquin stated that the purpose of the special meeting was to <br /> act on a Special Use Permit requested by North Oaks Kennels, Inc. <br /> Motion was made by Leroux, seconded by Johnson to appoint Schwab acting Sec- <br /> retary for this special meeting. Motion carried. <br /> NORTH OAKS KENNELS, INC. - SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br /> Mr Schwab presented a report to the Commission members regarding the proposed <br /> Special Use Permit. There was considerable discussion regarding the report be- <br /> tween the members of the Planning Commission. <br /> Motion was made by Leroux, seconded by Johnson to recommend approval of the <br /> issuance of a Special Use Permit for North Oaks Kennels, Inc. subject to the <br /> four (4) conditions outlined in Mr Schwab's report dated December 16, 1974. <br /> Motion carried.
