The <br /> Commission refused the proposal because small lots were note <br /> • <br /> .distributed properly. <br /> . Lyle Lehner discussed the future Comprehensive Plan of the <br /> village, inquiring about subdivisions and lot requirements <br /> surrounding his land. <br /> Jim Leroux made a motion the Commissiono on .record record askingthe <br /> g <br /> Village Council to declare a moratorium in reference to the <br /> issuance of building permits other than single family dwellings. <br /> Motion carried. A following motion was made by aim teroux, that <br /> the Planning Commission ask the Council to declare a moratorium <br /> in reference to building permits on lots of five acres or less <br /> until the Comprehensive Plan is adopted. An ammendment was <br /> adapted to the first moratorium adding 'until such time a zoning <br /> ordnance is adopted' . <br /> The council screened wording in the mining .and special use <br /> permit applications, changing a few words. <br /> Feb. 28th at 7:30 Pal. there will be a special ial meetingcalled. <br /> P <br /> Motion was made by Chairman Anderson to adjourn at 10:50 P.M. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> • <br /> James M.
