Members <br /> present were Kuntz, Sleet, Johnson, Spitzer and Irers Leroux. Jim Leroux <br /> arrived at 9:30 W. <br /> • <br /> A motion was made to approve minutes of March 20th meeting. Motion carried. <br /> Motion was made to approve minutes of special meeting on April 5th. Motion <br /> • <br /> carried. <br /> Dan Spitzer temporarily ul3orxed the meeting to call a public 1earl.na.st <br /> 8:00 PK.. <br /> Public hearing was called by Dan Spd.tstr at 8:00 PK on Larry Fdrlong'a <br /> subdivision "Roya7.hsven Estates 2n0. <br /> Dan read the notice of public hearing. Howard Kuusiato'a letter dated <br /> April 5th concerning Royalhaysi Estates 2nd was read by DKR. <br /> Mr. Furlong was asked to address the commission relative to the missing <br /> information required in Howard Kuusiete a letter. Furlong went through <br /> each missing item mentioned in the letter and clarified each of them. <br /> Furlong was asked if the plan presented was the same plan he had the lilt <br /> time he met with the commission. Furlong said Tea, and stated this plate <br /> had been approved the last time. Dan clarified the commission's statement <br /> and said the plan was not approved as presented at his last meeting. <br /> The commission discontinued the public hearing because Furlong did net <br /> have a proper completed plan. <br /> Dan asked Mr. Furlong if another public hearing on May 15th at 8s00 PM <br /> would be satisfactory. Furlong agreed. <br /> Motion made and seconded to hold a public hearing en ltoyalhavex Estates 2nd <br /> on Nay 15, 1973, 8:00 PM at the town hal].. Motion carried. <br /> The hearing was called at 8s30 PM. <br /> Dan called the regular meeting to order and asked Howard Runeieto te <br /> address the commission regarding the blacktopping of roads. <br /> Howard explained his opinion, was that a subdivision, such as a large <br /> developer, should be required to bring roads up to seven ton standards <br /> after the greater amount of devtloprlrt has been aompletsd. <br />
