A motion was made to approve the plan under the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. Adequate written agreement with the village regarding the upgrading <br /> of Hilo Avenue. <br /> 2. Final approval of the village engineer. <br /> 3. Dedication of lot 20, Royalhaven Estates to the village as park <br /> land. Such dedication to be considered as satisfaction of park <br /> land requirement for this plat and future plats on the tract of <br /> 47 acres more or less lying to the north. <br /> The above motion was made by Craig Paulson. Seconded by Ed Kuntz. <br /> Role call: Ayes: Jim Leroux, Dan Spitzer, Ed Kuntz and Craig Paulson. <br /> Hayes: none. Motion carried. <br /> Tom Perzichilli's commercial pole building was reviewed again. Motion <br /> made by Jim Leroux that Perzichilli's building be approved subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. Upon Approval of a Minor Subdivision of the McCollugh property. <br /> 2. Submit an approved registered land survey. <br /> Role call: Ayes: Craig Paulson, Larry Ehret, Jim Leroux, Dan Spitzer <br /> and Ed Kuntz. Nayes: none. Motion carried. <br /> Bob Bigelbach owner of Royal Tool and Engineering was called forward to <br /> review his request. Bob did not have a Special Use application with him. <br /> Bigelbach explained the purpose and use of a proposed commercial building <br /> to be located in the Bald Eagle _Industrial Park. He submitted a plan• of <br /> the building. <br /> Motion made by Craig Paulson to denyBigelbach's commercial building due <br /> to the following reasons: <br /> 1. There is no clear title to street access. <br /> 2. There is no sanitary sewer facillities available in an area where <br /> ,va private sewer system is feasible. <br /> Role call: Ayes: Jim Leroux, Craig Paulson, Dan Spitzer, Larry Ehret and <br /> Ed Kuntz.
