Until such time as public sanitary sewer system is available or <br /> private sanitary system can be demonstrated, not more than five <br /> persons can be employed at the above address. <br /> 2. The "Special Use Permit' shall not extend more than ninety days <br /> unless Grace Development Company, Inc. can show that adequate <br /> sanitary sewer system is available. <br /> 3. Grace Development Company, Inc. shall provide the Village Council <br /> the name of the proposed lessee and complete description of the <br /> fabrication process and furnish proper evidence of ownership to <br /> the Village Council . <br /> 4. Grace Development Company, Inc. shall provide evidence that the <br /> lessee is fully aware of the conditions of this "Special Use Permit." <br /> 5. Grace Development Company, Inc. shall cause to be installed <br /> appropriate supply of water and the number of toilets required by <br /> the "Public Health Standards," and the eternal tank system prior <br /> to sanitary sewer system should be done prior to the occupation <br /> of the building by the lessee. <br /> Members For: Spitzer, Ehret, Kuntz, Paulson, Leroux and Rosenquist. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Copies of the modifications to the Washington CountyZoning Ordinance <br /> were distributed to all the Planning Commission members in attendance. <br /> Motion made by Spitzer to adjourn at 9:10 P.M.
