Motion carried. <br /> MY MEOWS SUBDIVISION <br /> Motion made by Ehret, seconded by Paulson, for minor subdivision <br /> of Mary )(iron's property, (Request for permission to sell 7.7 <br /> acres out of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of <br /> Section 9, Township 31 north, Range 21 west, Washington County, <br /> Minnesota, legally described as follows: The East 255.75 feet <br /> of the west 585.75 feet of the southwest quarter of the northeast <br /> quarter of Section 9, Township 31 north, Range 21 west, Washington <br /> County, Minnesota, containing 7.7 acres, more or less, and excepting <br /> the 50 ft. strip of land running in a generally northeast and south- <br /> west direction across said SW * - NE of Section 9, owned by North- <br /> ern States Power Company for transmission line purposes. Thero osed kennel and dogruns be constructed as shown on <br /> p P <br /> the submitted sketch and that the building conform in::stru c- 0 <br /> tural design with adjacent garage. <br /> 2. The number of dogs permitted will not exceed those that may <br /> reasonably be housed in the proposed kennel area. No dogs <br /> shall be housed outside the proposed subject kennel. <br /> 3.
