SPECIAL MEETING PROPOSED ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> OOTOBER 29, 1973 <br /> The meeting was called to order at 8:12P.M. by Planning <br /> Commission Chairman, Dan Spitzer. The purpose of this <br /> meeting is for review of the revised zoning ordinance with <br /> legal council and village planner. <br /> Planning Commission members present were Spitzer, Johnson <br /> and Ron inquiet. Carl Dale, Planning Consultant, and Charles <br /> Johnson, Village Attorney, were also present. <br /> Mr. Spitzer defined the new proposed rural zone, which was <br /> developed s <br /> developed by a subcommittee of the Planning. Commission con- <br /> sisting* of James Leroux and Dan Spitzer. The new district, <br /> which will be c al l e d "Rural Residential", will be3 acre <br /> e <br /> minimum lot size. Mr. Spitzer read the subcommittee's <br /> recommendations for principal uses, accessory uses and <br /> special uses for this district. Mr. Spitzer read the <br /> Planning Commission's recommendations for lot sizes (let <br /> width & lot depth) , set backs, eta. • <br /> Mr. Dale asked about the recommendations- had had <br /> made to <br /> the Comission. lir.
