r •• <br /> SPECIAL MEETING - PROPOSED ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> NOVEMBER 27, 1973 <br /> The meeting was called to order at 8:30 P.M. by Mayor Carison. <br /> The purpose of the meeting is for review of the revised Zoning <br /> Ordinance with Attorney Charles Johnson, Village Planner Carl <br /> Dale and the Village Council. <br /> Members present: Planning Commission - Spitzer, Ehret, Leroux <br /> and Rosenquist. Village Council - Carison, Leroux, B3orum, <br /> LaValle and Lease. Also present were Attorney Charles Johnson <br /> and Carl Dale the Village Planner. <br /> Copies of the revised pages to the Zoning Ordinance were dis- <br /> tributed to all persons present. <br /> Daniel Spitzer explained the revisions of the ordinance such as <br /> regulations for the Agricultural district, the addition of a <br /> rural residential district and other changes made by the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> Charles Johnson explained changes made after the Public Hearing <br /> and changes made by the Planning Commission. A new "Conditional <br /> Uses" was added to the Industrial District. No specifics were . <br /> given for the "Conditional Uses", it Net for the layout of the <br /> plan. Mobil homes have been moved into the residential districts <br /> (SPE and SFU). Rural residential district was okay as written. <br /> Minor typegrsphioal errors were noted. <br /> Carl .Dale explained the proposed *hawses to the Zoning Nap.
