1. <br /> •0 ',IMPS OF SPECIAL MEETING <br /> PLANNING CISSION <br /> NOV. 27, 1972 <br /> The meeting was called to order by acting chairman Dan Spitzer. <br /> Members present - Lease, Kuntz, Spitzer, Paulson, and Leroux, the <br /> council representative, who volunteered to clerk the meeting. <br /> Purpose of the meeting - special use permit for Len Noack for an <br /> auto reduction yard. <br /> A meeting was held at Mr. Noacks of Bill Schwab and some members <br /> of the commission on Nov. 24, and recommendations and revisions <br /> of Nor. Schwab are part of these minutes. <br /> The plans for the building are to be supplied by Mr. Noack to Tom <br /> Cr ,ever, building inspector, who will refer them to Howard Kuuai sto, <br /> village engineer, about specs of building as adequate for state in- <br /> spection. <br /> Moved by Paulson, seconded by Lease to have building comply with the <br /> State code as a commercial building. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> Moved by Lease, seconded by Paulson: the planning commission recom- <br /> mends that Mr. Noack be issued an annual license for an auto reduc- <br /> tion yard as per the 8 provisions of the letter from Mr. Schwab. <br /> Motion passed unanimously. <br /> It was moved and seconded to adjourn at 7:45 PM.
