All donations to the Fire Department must be <br />approved by the Council. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the donation of $1,000 to <br />the Hugo Fire Department. <br /> <br />Approve Lawful Gambling Exempt Permit for Ducks Unlimited at the Hugo American <br />Legion on April 17, 2026 <br /> <br />Ducks Unlimited Coon Rapids Chapter had applied for a Lawful Gambling Exempt Permit to <br />hold bingo at its event on April 17, 2026, at the Hugo American Legion. The permit is issued by <br />the Gambling Control Board after it is approved by the City.
