(1) <br />(2) <br />(3) <br />(h) <br />(i) <br />A person may not discharge a firearm or controlled weapon within 500 feet of a building <br />capable of being occupied by a human or livestock, including buildings located on <br />adjacent properties. <br />A person may not discharge a firearm or controlled weapon within 500 feet of a stockade <br />or corral containing livestock, including stockades or corrals located on adjacent <br />properties. <br />A person may not discharge a firearm or controlled weapon within 500 feet of any public <br />road. <br />The discharge of a firearm is prohibited within the ordinary high water mark of Bald Eagle Lake <br />and within 300 feet inland thereof. <br />Penalty. Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
