- <br /> ORDINANCE 93-281 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 266 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE <br /> � } <br /> ENTITLED "SIGNS" BY AUTHORIZING ADMINISTRATIVE <br /> ACTION REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF SIGN PERMITS <br /> The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County , Minnesota, <br /> does hereby ordain : <br /> Delete in its entirety Chapter 266-8, entitled "APPLICATION REVIEW <br /> PROCEDURE" , and Chapter 266-9, entitled "CONDITIONS OF PERMIT" , and insert <br /> the following : <br /> 266-8. APPLICATION REVIEW PROCEDURE. <br /> Subd . A. Applications for sign permits shall be made to the City ' s <br /> Building Inspector, who shall approve or deny such applications based on <br /> the provisions of this Ordinance. <br /> Subd . B. Where an applicant for a Sign Permit feels aggrieved by a <br /> decision of the City ' s Building Inspector in regard to a decision on a <br /> sigh application , the applicant may appeal the Building Inspector' s <br /> decision to the City Council . Such appeal must be made within 30 days of <br /> the applicant' s notification of the Building Inspector' s decision . <br /> 266-9. CONDITIONS OF PERMIT. The Building Inspector may impose <br /> reasonable conditions of the Sign Permit at the time of issuance. Any <br /> , applicant aggrieved by the conditions imposed may appeal the decision of <br /> the Building Inspector to the City Council . Appeals must be made within <br /> 30 days of the applicant' s notification of the conditions imposed . <br /> EFFECTIVE. This Ordinance shall become effective from and after its <br /> adoption and publication . <br /> Upon roll call , members voting AYE: Barnes, Brunotte, Leroux , Miran , <br /> Stoltzman <br /> Voting NAY: NONE <br /> Whereupon said Ordinance was declared passed and adopted this 7th day of <br /> June, 1993. <br /> Walter L. Stoltzm 1 , Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Published in the Forest Lake Times this 17th day of June, 1993. <br />
