<br /> WITHIN THE CITY OF HUGO
<br /> The City Council of the City of Hugo, Duane A. Rasmussen, being duly sworn, on oath says that he is the
<br /> Washington County, Minnesota,hereby
<br /> ordains:
<br /> 263-1.PURPOSE AND INTENT.This publisher or authorized agent and employee of the publisher of the
<br /> Ordinance is adopted for the purpose of
<br /> protecting the health, safety, and wel-
<br /> fare of the residents of Hugo through newspaper known as The Times, and has full knowledge of the facts
<br /> regulating the location,design,installa-
<br /> tion,use,and maintenance of individual which are stated below:

<br /> read, "The Hugo City Council or desig-
<br /> nated agent."
