<br /> Subd. 1. in this Ordinance "City"
<br /> means the City of Hugo,County of Wash- of , 19

<br /> Subd.2."City Utility System"refers
<br /> to the facilities used for providing any

<br /> corporation,its successors and assigns.
<br /> Subd.4."Gas"as used herein shall be
<br /> held to include manufactured gas, or Subscribed and sworn to before me on
<br /> other form of gaseous energy.
<br /> Subd. 5. "Notice" means a writing
<br /> served by any party or parties on any
