<br /> The City Council of the City of Hugo,
<br /> Washington County, Minnesota,hereby newspaper known as The Times, and has full knowledge of the facts
<br /> ordains:
<br /> The zoning classification of the real
<br /> property described as follows to-wit: which are stated below:
<br /> SEE EXHIBIT"A"
<br /> shall be changed from its existing classi-
<br /> fication in the Agriculture District (A) (A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements con-
<br /> to a classification in the Rural Residen-
<br /> tial District(RR2).
<br /> The official zoning map on file in the stituting qualification as a legal newspaper, as provided by Minnesota
<br /> office of the City Clerk shall be correct-
<br /> ed and amended to show the changes in
<br /> zoning district boundaries and theStatute 331A.02, 331A.07 and other applicable laws,as amended.

<br /> set forth in this ordinance. (B)The printed
