8. The city shall conduct compliance checks at least once per calendar year in <br /> accordance with Minn. Stat. 342.22. These compliance checks will ensure <br /> that the business is meeting age-verification requirements, as well as any <br /> applicable city ordinance standards. <br /> 9 Odor of cannabis shall be strictly confined to the interior of the cannabis <br /> microbusiness, and no odor of cannabis shall be apparent outside of the <br /> cannabis microbusiness. An odor of cannabis that is not intermittent and <br /> easily apparent to be emanating from the cannabis microbusiness may be <br /> considered a noxious fume nuisance under Chapter 46 of City Code. <br /> 10.
