RESOLUTION 2026-__ <br /> <br />APPROVING A PRELIMINARY PLAT AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />(PUD) FOR ONEKA LAKE RESERVE LLC, FOR “ONEKA LAKE RESERVE” <br />ON PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF 150TH STREET NORTH AND ACROSS <br />FROM GENERATION AVENUE NORTH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Oneka Lake Reserve, LLC has requested approval of a preliminary plat and <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow 50 townhomes and two outlots on the <br />property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Oneka Lake Townhomes 2nd Addition <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the preliminary plat and Planned <br />Unit Development (PUD) at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval, and; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />request by Oneka Lake Reserve, LLC., for a preliminary plat and planned unit <br />development (PUD), subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. A preliminary plat and planned unit development general plan are approved to allow <br />the creation of 50 townhome units and two outlots including a public park, in <br />accordance with the plans and application received by the City on April 20, 2026, <br />and revised plans dated May 8, 2026, May 13, 2026, May 26, 2026, May 28, 2026, <br />June 3, 2026, and June 11, 2026, except as amended by this resolution. <br /> <br />2. The PUD general plan is approved based on the finding that the proposed project is <br />consistent with the City’s Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />3. The preliminary plat approval is contingent upon approval of the requested Planned <br />Unit Development. <br /> <br />4. The preliminary plat shall include two outlots. Outlot A shall include the common <br />space between each townhome lot and in the center of the development, as well as the <br />private street. Outlot B shall consist of the public park. <br /> <br />5. The developer shall comply with all conditions in the City Engineer’s Memo dated <br />June 17, 2026. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
