MINUTES <br /> <br />HCRT Open House <br />City Hall Oneka Room <br />Wednesday, April 8, 2026 <br />4:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL PRESENT: Krull, Miron, Petryk, Strub, Weidt <br />COUNCIL ABSENT: None <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear, Washington County Staff <br /> <br />Washington County and City staff held an open house to discuss the Hardwood Creek Regional <br />Trail, specifically the southern portion of the trail from 130th Street to 120th Street.
