MINUTES <br /> <br />LBAE Meeting <br />City Hall Oneka Room <br />Thursday, April 2, 2026 <br />5:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL PRESENT: Krull, Miron, Petryk, Strub, Weidt <br />COUNCIL ABSENT: None <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear, Washington County Staff <br /> <br />Mayor Weidt called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The annual Local Board of Appeals and Equalization meeting was held to give property owners <br />an opportunity to appeal the classification or value applied to their property. Council reviewed <br />information on eight properties, and motions were made and passed for no change on all the <br />properties appealed. All information is on file at Washington County. <br /> <br />Miron made motion, Strub seconded, to adjourn at 6:45 p.m. <br /> <br />All Ayes.
