8. The city shall conduct compliance checks at least once per calendar year in <br />accordance with Minn. Stat. 342.22. These compliance checks will ensure <br />that the business is meeting age-verification requirements, as well as any <br />applicable city ordinance standards. <br /> <br />9. Odor of cannabis shall be strictly confined to the interior of the cannabis <br />microbusiness, and no odor of cannabis shall be apparent outside of the <br />cannabis microbusiness. An odor of cannabis that is not intermittent and <br />easily apparent to be emanating from the cannabis microbusiness may be <br />considered a noxious fume nuisance under Chapter 46 of City Code. <br /> <br />10.
