Tough Mudder Twin Cities 2026 Event Operations Plan <br />Food and Alcohol Services <br />Tough Mudder Twin Cities 2026 will have food, non-alcoholic beverages, and beer for sale to all patrons <br />on-site during the event weekend. In addition to purchased items, there will be a number of samples <br />and water available for participants on course. <br />Food Concessionaire Local Food Trucks <br />Alcohol Concessionaire Hugo Lions Club <br />Alcohol Service Hours Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM <br />Product Sampling (Course and Finish Line) Nutrition bar, Electrolytes, Bananas <br /> <br />Identification Checks: All participants and spectators wishing to enter the event area will be required <br />to show ID at the registration tents prior to entering the Festival Area. They’ll be given an identifiable <br />wristband indicating they are over 21, and this wristband will be checked at any point of sale. Roughly <br />87% of participants are 21+ years of age. <br />Additional Checkpoints: In the event that a participant wearing a wristband may appear to be under <br />the age of 21, an escort will be provided to allow the participant to retrieve his/her ID from the Bag <br />Drop tent, and then return if age has been appropriately validated. All bartenders serving beer have <br />the right to question and re-check identification for those who may look to be under age. <br /> <br />Security and Credentials <br />Tough Mudder has contracted with Washington County Sheriff’s Department to provide event security <br />for Tough Mudder Twin Cities 2026. In addition to traffic control Tough Mudder will have 1 officer from <br />Washington County Sheriff’s Department for event day security. This officer will be roaming the festival <br />area. <br />We will work with the local Police Department to determine additional event security requirements <br />based on venue and permit requirements. <br />*A full Security Plan is available upon request. <br />Waste Management and Disposal <br />Tough Mudder is committed to keeping event sites clean at all times. All waste generated by the event <br />will be appropriately stored and removed from the site. <br />Trash bins and dumpsters will be sourced for placement around the event site. These will be <br />strategically positioned in areas where large amounts of waste are likely to be generated. Contract <br />cleaning staff will be scoped and will be present on site throughout the weekend to perform litter <br />picking and to empty trash bins. Dumpsters will be emptied at the conclusion of the event. <br />The following is a summary of the Waste Management arrangements for the event: <br />Waste Management Staffing Provider Professional Event Services <br />Waste Management Staff* 2-3 Saturday <br />Dumpster Provider TBD <br />Dumpsters On-Site 2 – 40 yd.
