RESOLUTION 2026-____ <br /> <br />APPROVING A RENEWAL OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR <br />THE OPERATION OF A HOME OCCUPATION AS AN ACCESSORY USE, ON <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 17627 HENNA AVENUE NORTH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Terry Luedeke has requested approval of a renewal of an interim use permit <br />to allow for the operation of a home occupation as an accessory use on the property <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />(See Attached) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hearing <br />and recommends approval, and; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />request by Terry Luedeke for renewal of an interim use permit to allow for the operation <br />of a home occupation as an accessory use, subject to the following findings and <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. A site plan to reduce the impact on the surrounding properties by installing a new <br />driveway access to the business and installing a fence to further screen the <br />business shall be submitted for review and approval by staff. Landscaping shall <br />be incorporated into the plan. The plan shall be constructed by August 1, 2026. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall meet all conditions listed in the interim use permit. <br /> <br />3.
