Performance Review Summary <br /> <br />On May 18, 2026, the Hugo City Council met in Executive Session for a routine annual <br />performance evaluation of the City Administrator, Bryan Bear. Pursuant to Minn. Stat. 13d.05 <br />Sub.3 the Council is to summarize its conclusions following the performance review. The <br />Council’s conclusions are that Mr. Bear has, and is requested to, continue to provide excellent <br />service to the citizens of the City of Hugo and to continue to deliver operations in a cost- <br />effective and responsive way by continuing to plan for growth and services carefully, deliver <br />service and amenities cost-effectively and well, and continue to work closely with an excellent <br />staff, residents of the City and the Council. <br />
