<br />whether they are for personal or business use shall be stored in the exterior storage <br />area south of the accessory building. <br />14. A site plan to reduce the impact on the surrounding properties by installing a new <br />driveway access to the business and installing a fence to further screen the <br />business shall be submitted for review and approval by staff. Landscaping shall <br />be incorporated into the plan. The plan shall be constructed by August 1, 2026. <br />14.15. The exterior storage area shall be fully screened from adjacent properties and the <br />public right-of-way. All landscaping and screening used to screen this area must be <br />installed prior to the ground freezing in fall of 2011.August 1, 2026. Prior to <br />installation, all landscaping and screening is subject to further review and approval by <br />the staff. The landscaping shall be maintained as shown on the landscape plan. <br />15.16. Hours of operation shall be from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Sunday. <br />16.17. There shall be a two square foot directional sign at the end of the applicant’s <br />driveway. Prior installation, the sign shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />17.18.
