CITY OF HUGO, <br /> WASHINGTON COUNTY, MN <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2026-549 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA REPEALING AND <br /> REPLACING CHAPTER 90 (ZONING AND LAND USE) OF THE HUGO CITY CODE <br /> THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS: <br /> Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. The existing Chapter 90 (Zoning and Land <br /> Use) of the City Code of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby repealed and replaced in its <br /> entirety with the new Chapter 90 (Zoning and Land Use), which is found on the attached <br /> Exhibit A. <br /> Effective Date.
