Warning and disclaimer of liability. <br />The city does not warrant, represent, or guarantee the safety or feasibility of any land use or structure <br />developed in accordance with these regulations. This chapter shall not create liability on the part of the city, or any <br />officer or employee thereof, for any damages that may result from reliance on this chapter or any administrative <br />decision made hereunder. <br />(Prior Code, § 1010-80.1) <br />Sec. 90-5. Implementation. <br />(a) Except as specifically provided in this chapter, no structure shall be erected, converted, enlarged, or altered, <br />and no structure or land shall be used for any purpose, nor in any manner that is not in conformity with this <br />chapter. <br />(b) Except as specifically provided in this chapter, no parcel or lot of land shall be subdivided or split into two or <br />more parcels or lots without approval of the city council. <br />(Prior Code, § 1010-50.1) <br />Secs. 90-6—90-28.
