SUMMARY ORDINANCE 2026-549 <br /> NOTICE: THIS PUBLISHED MATERIAL IS ONLY A SUMMARY OF AN ORDINANCE <br /> OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF HUGO. THE FULL TEXT OF <br /> THE ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION AT THE HUGO CITY <br /> HALL DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS. <br /> SUMMARY OF REPEAL AND REPLACE OF CHAPTER 90 (ZONING AND LAND USE) <br /> ORDINANCE: <br /> Chapter 90 (Zoning and Land Use) has been repealed and replaced in its entirety. This <br /> repeal and replace includes the official Zoning Map of the City of Hugo. The changes <br /> included numerous updates to the names, dimensional standards, and information <br /> included in each Zoning District. Additionally, the changes included updates to uses and <br /> performance standards for uses. Overall, the changes reordered sections and provided <br /> updates, improved usability and provided clarity to Chapter 90. <br /> Please note this title and summary of this Ordinance clearly informs the public of the intent <br /> and effect of the Ordinance and conforms to Minn. Stat. § 412.191.
