The following are interim uses allowed in the AG district. Additionally, besides the general IUP <br />standards and criteria in Section 90-38, each request for an interim use permit shall be evaluated, based <br />upon the specific standards and criteria in Article VI, Division 1. <br /> (1) Home occupations (refer to section 90-230). <br /> (2) Farmhand living quarters (refer to section 90-225). <br />(3) Solar farms (refer to section 90-261). <br />(f) Area requirements and construction limitations. The following minimum requirements shall be observed in <br />the AG district subject to additional requirements, exceptions and modifications set forth in this chapter: <br />Minimum lot or parcel size 10 acres <br />Minimum lot width at front setback line 300 ft. <br />Minimum front yard building setback 40 ft. <br />Minimum side yard building setback 20 ft. <br />Minimum rear yard building setback 50 ft. <br />Maximum building height 35 ft. <br />Maximum lot area to be covered by impervious surface 35% <br /> <br />(Prior Code, § 1050; Ord. Rural residential district (RR). <br />(a) Purpose. The rural residential district (RR) is to provide a location for single-family detached housing on <br />parcels of land served by private well and septic systems at a density of one home per ten gross acres. <br />Continued use of land for agricultural pursuits listed below will be permitted. <br />(b) Permitted uses. The following are permitted in the RR district: <br />(1) Agriculture, including sale of products grown on premises. <br />(2) Dwelling, single-family detached (refer to section 90-217). <br />(3) Essential public services (refer to section 90-222). <br />(4) Indoor riding arenas (refer to section 90-234). <br />(5) Plant nurseries, wholesale (refer to section 90-254). <br />(6) Public recreational fields, structures, and buildings. <br />(7) Residential facility, small (refer to section 90-256). <br />(c) Accessory uses. The following are permitted accessory uses in the RR district: <br />(1) Accessory buildings (refer to section 90-203). <br />(2) Accessory solar energy systems (refer to section 90-261). <br />(3) Daycare, family (refer to section 90-212). <br />(4) Dwelling unit, accessory (refer to section 90-220). <br />(5) Dwelling unit, accessory apartments (refer to section 90-221).
