The dock may not be over six feet wide in relation to the shoreline. <br />3. No dock, platform, deck, or similar structure shall be located within or over the banks of a <br />creek or stream. <br />4. The dock may not block a navigable channel. <br />5. The dock may not extend more than 75 feet past the ordinary high-water level into a lake <br />in the case of a private dock, nor more than 100 feet past the ordinary high-water level in
