CITY OF HUGO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 16 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE DESIGNATED MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET SYSTEM WHEREAS, as a requirement to qualify for state aid funding for streets, it is necessary that the City Council designate certain streets within the City of Hugo to create a Municipal State Aid Street system (MSAS), and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the recommendations of the City Engineer and has approved the modifications to the City of Hugo MSAS. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO: 1. That part of Fenway Avenue North from 140'h Street to Frenchman Road (CSAH 8) shall be deleted from the City of Hugo MSAS. 2. That part of 157'' Street North from Harrow Avenue North to Ingersoll Avenue North shall be deleted from the City of Hugo MSAS. 3. That Homestead Avenue North from 140'h Street North (CSAH 8) to 157'' Street North shall be deleted from the City of Hugo MSAS. 4. That part of Irish Avenue North/155u Street North/Ingersoll Avenue North from 140'' Street North (CSAH 8) to 157'' Street North shall be deleted from the City of Hugo MSAS. 5. That 152nd Street North from Irish Avenue North to Jeffrey Avenue North shall be deleted from the City of Hugo MSAS. 6. That an extension of Goodview Avenue North from Egg Lake Road (CSAH 8) to 145'' Street North shall be added to the City of Hugo MSAS. 7. That an extension of Oneka Parkway from non -existing 147th Street North to 159'' Street North shall be added to the City of Hugo MSAS. 8. That 145' Street North from Goodview Avenue North to Geneva Avenue North shall be added to the City of Hugo MSAS. 9. That Geneva Avenue North from 145th Street North to Oneka Lake Boulevard shall be added to the City of Hugo MSAS. 10. That Elmcrest Avenue North from Main Street (CSAH 14) to Heritage Parkway shall be added to the City of Hugo MSAS. 11. That Victor Hugo Boulevard from Frenchman Boulevard (CSAH 8) to Rosemary Way shall be added to the City of Hugo MSAS.
