<br />THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
<br />SECTION 56-2 and 58-40. The City Council of the City of Hugo does

<br />Sec. 54-19. - Findings and definitions.

<br />Sec. 54-20. - Limitation of hours of use.

<br />or occupy any public place of interest in the city between the hours of 11:00
<br />p.m. and 6:00 a.m or as further restricted by Sec. 54-21.
<br />Sec. 5421. - Posting of hours. BY:
<br />Hours are as posted. The failure to post, or the failure to replace de-
<br />faced or damaged postings, shall not limit the applicability of this ordinance. TITLE: Publisher
<br />Where hours are not posted, all public places of interest shall be closed to
<br />public use between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
<br />Sec. 5422. - Special permit.

<br />(2) Any event that expects over 200 people.

<br />Sec. 5423. - Reservation of park shelters.MY

<br />Sec. 5424. - Fires in public places of Interest
<br />All fires are prohibited except for recreational fires in:
<br />(1) City -designated fire rings.
<br />(2) Grills.
<br />Sec. 54-25. -Motorized vehicles.
